The studio does not open
Check that the process started with python main.py is still running and read the terminal output. The default address is http://127.0.0.1:8765/. If you changed the port or host in local configuration, use that address instead.
An import error may indicate the wrong Python environment or missing dependencies. Activate the project environment and reinstall its dependencies from source.
An agent block fails
Read its error and logs. Check the tool installation, its authentication, the selected model, and the working directory. Test with a short instruction and non-sensitive data before bringing back the full workflow.
A block does not trigger in active mode
Check that the runtime has started, that the block supports this mode, and that a value has been published. Inspect its required inputs and the connections that should feed them. A required input without a fresh value can prevent activation.
An old output is still displayed
The studio keeps the latest execution state in the instance. Check the statuses and run timestamp before interpreting an output. Export useful results before using Reset or starting another simulation.
Prepare a request for help
- Include your studio version, operating system, and execution mode.
- Describe the expected result, the observed result, and the steps to reproduce the issue.
- Reduce the graph to a minimal example.
- Remove secrets and private data from logs and attachments.
