Workspaces and projects
The workspace is your local environment. It contains projects, each grouping blueprints and a working directory. A project provides a shared context for several workflows.
Blueprints and blocks
A blueprint is the editable definition of a workflow: its blocks, their parameters, their connections, and their layout. Each block performs a specific function, such as reading a file, calling an agent, or transforming data.
A composite block groups part of a workflow behind a port interface. It helps keep large graphs understandable.
Ports and connections
An input port receives a value; an output port produces one. A connection links the output of one block to the input of another. The port type describes the data it accepts or emits.
Inputs required for execution must receive a fresh value to trigger a block automatically. An optional input supplies its latest available value without preventing the block from being triggered.
Instances and execution
An instance is the open, executable context of a blueprint. An execution, or run, produces statuses, logs, and output values. The blueprint definition and its execution state are separate things.
A new simulation replaces the previous run state in the instance. Export any results you want to keep before running it again. The Reset button clears the runtime state while preserving the blueprint.
Two modes, one definition
One-shot simulation executes the graph once. Active runtime keeps compatible blocks available to respond to events. Your choice depends on the kind of workflow you want to build.
