The licence covers the Bloxmith studio. Catalogue blueprints may be shared for free or sold by their creators. You can use the studio for free and still buy a blueprint.

Is Bloxmith open source?

The Bloxmith studio is proprietary software whose code is intended to be available for viewing on GitHub. Individual blocks are open source and have their own licences.

Can I share my blueprints?

Yes. You can share your blueprints for free. Sales must go through the HackInvent store.

What if my business exceeds €1M in revenue?

A commercial licence is then required for the Bloxmith studio. The scope of use and licence terms are agreed with HackInvent.

Do I need a subscription to an AI service?

That depends on the blocks in your blueprint. Blocks using an external service require the corresponding access. Python scripts and file operations can run locally.
