Studio subscription sales terms

Bloxmith Studio Early Bird is a commercial-use licence for one named user, the purchasing account holder, within one purchasing legal entity. It does not cover every employee, affiliates, subsidiaries or redistribution of the Studio. Free eligibility remains available for individuals and businesses with annual revenue up to EUR 1 million in the EUR billing region or USD 1 million elsewhere.

The introductory subscription is EUR 99 or USD 99 excluding applicable taxes per year. The billing country determines the currency shown before payment. Payment is collected by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each year at the agreed price unless cancelled before renewal through the account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Studio updates are included during the paid licence period. Deployment services, training, dedicated maintenance and support, including any 24/7 commitment, are excluded and require a separate quotation and agreement.

Early Bird availability may be closed to new customers. Existing customers retain the introductory price while their subscription remains uninterrupted, subject to the following revenue review. After the first paid year, a legal entity whose annual revenue reaches EUR 10 million, or its equivalent in the billing currency, must contact HackInvent for a commercial review before the next renewal. Any revised price or deployment scope requires express agreement: this clause does not authorize a silent price increase. If no agreement is reached, the current paid period is honored and renewal is stopped.

The purchasing entity supplies accurate billing details and confirms that the named user is authorized to enter this business purchase. Availability remains subject to applicable laws, sanctions and payment-provider restrictions. A payment requiring verification does not automatically grant a licence.

Invoices, payment-method updates and cancellation are available through the account's secure Stripe billing portal. For billing errors, refund requests or service complaints, contact contact@hackinvent.com. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. These terms govern the Studio subscription only, not marketplace purchases or seller payments.
